Prices are frequently updated by our suppliers. Therefore, prices on the product detail page and in your cart may change after such updates to reflect current prices. Placing items in your cart does not reserve the current prices shown at the time; prices are reserved only when you place an order.

Cancellation Policy

US Auto Parts Experts strives to exceed our customers expectations with the broadest offering and pricing and Customer Service. We will ship most orders on the same day, and we request that you call customer service to see if we can cancel the shipment. If we have already shipped your product, please refer to our Customer Return Policy.

Customer Error or Identification Error

As long as the part was not special ordered, we will accept returns. The freight charges will be at the customers expense and a 20% restock fee will be assessed, unless instructed otherwise.

Defective Merchandise

Once you have been given the authorization, credit will not be issued until it has passed inspection and if need be, inspected by the original manufacture. We strive to be customer friendly and will be as cooperative in assisting in the evaluation of the defective part.


We authorize your card for the order total at the time of checkout. When the order is processed and submitted to the warehouse, we will finalize the charge. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal for all orders placed in the U.S. and Canada. Orders with a Lead Time

Sometimes there may be a lead time for the parts you wish to purchase. If you have agreed to the lead time and wish to continue with the order, your card will be charged at the time the order is processed. The order is then not eligible to be canceled before the lead time has elapsed.

Change of Address on an Order

Once an order has been processed and sent to the warehouse, we cannot change the address. Under certain circumstances, we may be able to change the address while the package is en-route by charging a change-of-address fee.
